CHAPTER 13 FERMENTATION
The Pour House is proud to announce it's new line of beer and wine, Chapter 13 Fermentation.
We have selected a fabulous winery in Walla Walla Washington and a local brewer to produce
our signature beer and wine for the Pour House Grill.
We have tasted and selected some superb wines of both red and white varietals. We will be
featuring; Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Get the Red Out Red Blend, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay
and Sauvignon blanc.
Our beers will include our creditor's Cream ale, Jefe-weizen which is an incredible Hefeweizen made
in honor of my brother Jeff, and our superb Equitable Amber.
We will be proudly serving all of our Chapter 13 Beer and wines on tap to insure it's high quality
and freshness. Chapter 13 Frementation is Government approved.
